When Will My Order be Ready?

Our typically processing times range from 2-4 business days, although in very rare circumstances it may take up to 10 business days. After your custom CD is shipped it will typically be delivered in 5-7 days with standard shipping. 

How Do I Create My Custom CD?

1. Upload Your Front & Back Cover: Start the process by uploading the images you'd like to use for your custom cds front and back cover.

2. Upload Your Case Insert & CD Image: Next upload the images you'd like for the CD's Case Insert & CD.

3. Add Your Songs: Then add your songs; you'll be given two options when doing so, (1) you can either upload your own audio files or (2) simply type in the name of any song(s) found on streaming services such as Spotify & Apple Music and the PrintYourDisc team will download the audio files for you and have them burned onto your custom CD.

4. Add Your Extras - Finally, we move to adding extras. We highly recommend all customers purchase priority processing if they are getting their records as a gift and/or have a in deadline in mind to receive their CD. We also offer audio mastering to ensure the sound quality of your record has the highest fidelity possible.

What Happens on Our End?

As soon as we receive your order our in-house team gets to making your cover, cd and downloading your music so they can burn them into your CD. This process in itself is an art that demands precision, patience, and lots of craftsmanship - so please be patient throughout the process.

Is My Photo Good Enough?

If you follow these photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use:

• The photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• The photo is high resolution and at least 300 DPI; otherwise the printed covers &/or center labels may be blurry.
• No important elements such as text or faces are out of frame.

Can I Change My Order?

After placing an order it is highly likely we have already sent it to our in-house team for review, so unless there are very specific circumstances we typically do not allow this.

Will You Add a Tracklist to the Cover?

We are unable to add any modifications to the photos you’ve uploaded.

How is the Sound Quality?

What About the Playability?

These custom CD's can be played on all typical CD players such as home stereo systems, car audio systems, personal computers, and portable CD players.

Cancellation Policy?

We are able process any and all cancellations if reached out to with 24 hours of purchase; after this it is likely our in-house team has already started on your order.

Return Policy?

Because of the high level of customization on each of these CD's, we are unable to accept returns.
